McKinley has been selected as the property manager and advisor for The Annex of Vincennes, a student-housing community in Vincennes, Ind., adjacent to the Vincennes University campus.
The property is made up of 53 units and 130 beds in a mix of two-bedroom/one-bath and six-bedroom/three-bath floor plans.
McKinley plans to renovate the interior units and common areas.
