McKinley Institutional Commercial Real Estate is the new receiver for the Chapel Hill Mall in Akron, Ohio.
McKinley’s group now counts four successful mall dispositions in its past and seven enclosed malls under management in its national portfolio.
Chapel Hill Mall is an 843,936-square-foot mall home to 98 tenants, including anchors Macy’s, Sears and JC Penney. This latest takeover brings the total square footage of assets under management by McKinley to more than 2.5 million in the state of Ohio.
