Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley recently took over management duties at The Falls Apartments in Columbus, Ohio.
The Falls Apartments includes 133 units. This apartment complex is part of a larger institutional relationship.
“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with this assignment,” said Kenneth Polsinelli, McKinley’s chief real estate officer.
