Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley’s Commercial Client Services division is now the property manager and asset manager for the former Borders Headquarters building, a 330,000-square-foot office building in Ann Arbor.
“We appreciated the opportunity to be involved in the repositioning of this asset on behalf of all of the stakeholders,” said Albert Berriz, chief executive officer of McKinley.
