McShane Construction Company was recently awarded the new 316-unit Springs at Bettendorf apartment complex in Bettendorf, Iowa, on behalf of developer Continental Properties.
The multi-family project will sit on an 18-acre site on the southeast corner of 53rd Ave. and Devils Glen Road in Bettendorf.
Construction recently began on this 15-bulding 357,000-square-foot complex. Each two-story building of the complex will feature a wood plank siding exterior complemented by a shingle roof. Several of the residential units will also include exterior porches on the ground-floor level.
