McShane Construction Company has been selected to provide construction services for Merrillville Memory Care, a 50-bed housing residence that will offer care for individuals suffering from memory loss.
Dete Development selected McShane to complete construction on behalf of Whiteco Industries, the land owner and developer of the facility.
The 33,760-square-foot single-story complex is under construction on a 9.3-acre site at 7900 Rhode Island St.
