Jeff Raday, president of McShane Construction Company, announced that the firm has officially opened a new office in Madison, expanding its construction operations into Wisconsin.
McShane Construction is an industrial, commercial and multi-family builder headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, with additional offices in Phoenix, Arizona, Auburn, Alabama and Irvine, California.
The office will be led by Madison native Alison Gorham. She joined McShane Construction in 2012, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
“Our expansion into Madison was prompted by our growing presence in the area and the consistent construction growth within the region,” Raday said in a written statement. “Originally from the area, we feel Alison is the perfect person to spearhead our office in the Southeastern Wisconsin market.”
McShane Construction has completed multiple assignments in Wisconsin, most recently the Springs at Kenosha, a 280-unit apartment complex.
