McShane Construction Co. was recently selected to complete a 7,955-square-foot tenant suite for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute within the Belvidere Professional Center located at 1275 Belvidere Road in Grayslake.
McShane Construction will complete the new tenant suite with a reception and lobby area, eight exam rooms, two cast rooms and a dedicated X-ray area. The medical office suite will also include a large physical therapy area, private offices and a staff breakroom. The tenant suite will be specially designed to provide advanced physical therapy, orthopedic surgical care and on-site radiology.
McShane Construction previously completed a 10,000-square-foot tenant suite for the company within the 63,200-square-foot Affinity Healthcare medical office building in Buffalo Grove. The medical suite features therapy areas and clinical support spaces for imaging and diagnostic services.
Partners in Design will provide the architectural services and space planning for this comprehensive tenant improvement assignment.
