McShane Construction Company has completed construction of The West Living, a luxury apartment community in West Allis, Wisconsin. McShane built the development on behalf of its client, Mandel Group.
Positioned on nearly five acres, The West Living is just a 10-minute drive from Milwaukee’s downtown area. The first level of the four-story complex consists of a precast parking structure. Above the parking structure are three levels of wood-frame apartments housing 177 units. Studios, one-Bedroom, two-Bedroom and three-Bedroom floor plans are available.
Each unit features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances that give the kitchen a modern, high-end feel. Additionally, residents have access to the club area and fitness center housed in the building. Outside, tenants relax and socialize at the dog park and rooftop patio.
