McShane Construction Company has completed The Elaine, a new 304-unit luxury apartment residence in Northbrook, Illinois. McShane was selected by the Finger Companies to provide general construction services for the development.

Located at 1000 Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, the five-story residence features wood frame construction wrapped around a six-story, precast parking deck that accommodates 642 vehicles. The architect of record for The Elaine is Niles Bolton Associates.
One- and two-bedroom floor plans are available and incorporate high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerators, full-size in-unit washers and dryers, quartz and granite countertops, laminate wood floors and solar roller shades.
Amenities within this luxury development include club rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, a conference room and a sizable leasing office.
