Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently leased 9,522 square feet of office space located at Straith Office Building, 24151 Telegraph Road, Suite 110, 140 and 230 in Southfield, Michigan. The landlord, Straith Construction, LLC, leased the space to MDHearingAid.
Headquartered in Chicago, MDHearingAid is the largest direct-to-consumer manufacturer of hearing aids in North America. Demand for their affordable hearing aids necessitated a move to a larger, more flexible space to house their customer support operations. The new location offers flex office space with a warehouse allowing them to operate more efficiently.
