The 32,400-square-foot Saint Thomas Health medical office building under construction in Murfreesboro, Tennessee has sold for $12.4 million, equaling more than $380 per square foot.
Justin Sturdivant, an associate in Marcus & Millichap‘s Nashville office said the interior buildouts are underway and occupancy is scheduled to take place in December.
“As an extension of the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, the facility will help address Rutherford County’s growing demand for healthcare,” he said
Sturdivant, along with associates S. Regan Holcombe, and Kat Butler, represented the seller. Georgia Krewson, associate, Wes Tiner, associate vice president investments, and associates Kelley Deibler and Zach Moore, procured the buyer.
The property is located at the intersection of Highway 99 and St. Andrews Drive in Murfreesboro, less than four miles from Interstate 21 and across from a brand-new Publix-anchored shopping center and a Walgreens.
