Located right by I-94 and adjacent to Northbrook Court Mall, the nearly 75,000-square-foot, six-building Class B property serves medical and general office tenants, including Northbrook Court Dental Associates, Northwestern Ob/Gyn Consultants and SennoGroup Wellness & Rehabilitation.
Farbman Group will manage the property, which was 85 percent occupied at the time of its sale.
