Cresa’s Juliette Lane represented MedTec Healthcare & Private Duty (MedTec) in an 8,180-square-foot lease at Kensington Office Center, located at 411 Business Center Drive in Mount Prospect, Illinois. MedTec will become the building’s largest tenant, joining Braxton-Reed, Millennium Mortgage Services and DHA Laboratory, among others. Larry Moats of Moats Office Properties represented building ownership in the deal.
MedTec’s adult day care services programs, offered via its Super Senior Center at Kensington Office Center, provide non-medical health and social community-based care options for the elderly and their families residing in Mt. Prospect and the surrounding communities. Active programming includes current events discussion, physical exercise and social activities.
“MedTec provides a unique service, and both the Mt. Prospect community and state government agencies such as the Illinois Department on Aging have been extremely supportive of this new center,” said Lane, a senior vice president at Cresa. “MedTec looks forward to opening this new center and positively impacting the community.”
Kensington Office Center is a 31,117-square-foot office building located on 3.69 acres featuring high ceilings, an on-site pond and 143 parking spaces. The building is only five minutes from the Mount Prospect Metra station and less than 20 minutes from O’Hare International Airport.
