Meltzer, Purtill & Stelle LLC has announced the recent hiring of two professionals for its real estate division.
Kathleen Dempsey Boyle joined Meltzer, Purtill & Stelle LLC as partner.
Boyle focuses her practice on real estate, particularly leasing, development and redevelopment of retail, mixed use, office, warehouse and industrial projects on behalf of developers, landlords and tenants. Her experience includes adaptive re-use, urban in-fill, transportation-oriented development, and big box, out-parcel and build-to-suit leasing.
J. L. Cherwin Jr. joined the firm as a new Of Counsel attorney. Cherwin focuses his practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate and Commercial Finance and Lending, and Corporate and Business Law.
He has a broad range of experience in advising clients with respect to commercial real estate matters, including land acquisition, title insurance, zoning, development, construction, leasing, financing, management, and disposition.
His experience includes representing developers and owners of various asset classes, including agricultural, industrial, office, retail, single family, multi-family, condominiums, healthcare, and student housing properties.
