Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 124,575-square-foot, speculative, multi-tenant industrial facility for Molto Properties at 2379 Davey Road in Woodridge, Illinois. The project is located between I-55 and I-355 with superb access to both highways.
The 32-foot clear building features 18 loading docks (expandable to 40), four drive-in doors and 143 auto parking spaces. The facility is designed to accommodate up to six tenants. Construction is scheduled for completion in October of 2018. This is the third building Meridian has constructed for Molto Properties in the I-55 corridor in the last three years.
Jim Estus of Colliers International is marketing the space. Estus also represented Molto Properties on the lease-up of the 1485 Normantown Road and 1881 Normantown Road buildings in Romeoville, Illinois. Both projects were fully leased to single-tenant users prior to completion.
Architectural services are being provided by Harris Architects and civil engineering work is being completed by Kimley-Horn.
