Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 367,808-square-foot multi-tenant speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Indianapolis.
The new facility is located on a 31.68-acre redevelopment site at 5325 Seerley Road.
The 36-foot clear-height multi-tenant building is designed to accommodate up to 80 dock positions, four drive-in doors, 304 auto parking stalls. The building marks Meridian’s fourth project in the Indianapolis market and its fourth project for Exeter Property Group.
Architectural design was provided by JRA Architecture. Civil engineering services were provided by Banning Engineering.
