Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 421,403-square-foot speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Bartlett, Illinos.
The new facility, located on a 34-acre site within Brewster Creek Business Park was completed two months ahead of schedule. The 32-foot clear, multi-tenant buillding is designed to accommodate up to four tenants, 117 loading docks, four drive-in doors, 449 parking spots and 110 exterior trailer stalls.
