Meridian Design Build recently began construction on a new 421,403-square-foot speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group within Brewster Creek Business Park in Bartlett, Illinois.
Located on a 34-acre site, the new facility will feature a 32′ clear multi-tenant building designed to accommodate up to four tenants, 117 loading docks, four drive in doors, 449 auto parking stalls and 110 exterior trailer stalls.
Architectural services are being provided by Harris Architects. Civil engineering work is being completed by V3 Companies.
