Ferguson Enterprises selected Meridian Design Build to design and build a 122,000-square-foot industrial build-to-suit project in Indianapolis.
The new facility, to be located on a 14.8-acre site at 4110 N. Franklin Road, will serve as a distribution space for the Ferguson’s plumbing division. Ferguson Enterprises is a distributor that works in the plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, waterworks and industrial equipment sectors.
The project will include 10,000 square feet of office space, a 5,000-square-foot sales area and 106,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space with 19 loading dock positions. The building will also accommodate 50,000 square feet of future expansion
Cornerstone Architects will provide architectural design services. American Structurepoint is providing civil-engineering design services.
