Meridian Health Plan is a privately owned and physician-managed Medicaid health plan in the State of Illinois providing health care to more than 13,000 beneficiaries enrolled into the AllKids, Family Care and Moms and Babies programs through a contract with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.
The relocation allowed Meridian three times more space than the 6,198 square feet they previously occupied at 222 N. LaSalle.
CBRE‘s Jon Milonas, Peter Livaditis and Mark Collins represented Meridian Health Plan in the transaction and Scott Merz and Greg Gerber of Studley represented the landlord, Continental Casualty Co. (CNA).
