The Milwaukee market remains a hot one for industrial, as the area’s central location makes it a perfect spot for companies that need to ship products across the country quickly. Need more proof? Meridian Design Build believes enough in the strength of this market to have recently added another major spec industrial facility to the area.

Meridian Design Build recently completed construction of a 307,850-square-foot speculative industrial facility for Land and Lakes Development in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

The 32-foot clear building offers 40 loading docks, four drive-in doors, 242 auto parking spaces and 94 trailer stalls. The facility can accommodate up to six tenants.

This is the second project that Meridian has built within the 60-acre Mount Pleasant Business Park. The first building, now leased to Goodwill Industries, was sold by Land and Lakes Development to Zilber Property Group in 2017.
