Metonic Real Estate Services has purchased Annaberry Park, a multi-family property in Indianapolis. The sale closed on Nov. 7.
This is the first acquisition in Indiana for the investors who already maintain properties in Texas, Nebraska, Missouri and other states.
Omaha-based Seldin Company assumed management responsibilities for the property at closing.
Annaberry Park is a 244-unit multi-family apartment community built in 1978 with 226,389 square feet of buildings, grounds and commercial space for lease.
