Metonic Real Estate Solutions and Seldin Company have purchased Heritage Heights Apartments, a 60-unit multi-family community in Omaha, Nebraska.
Originally built in 1973, Heritage Heights offers one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 700 to 1,000 square feet. The property sits within one mile of Interstate-80, Westwood Shopping Plaza and Montclair Shopping Center.
Seldin Company plans to launch a renovation project that will include new appliances, upgraded flooring and interior painting.
