MetroNational announced the final signed lease at its 9753 Katy Freeway, the new nine-story, 190,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Memorial City in Houston.
Callon Petroleum Company has leased a 107,171-square-foot, five-floor office space that will serve as their new corporate headquarters. The independent oil and natural gas company will relocate in the second half of 2024.
“MetroNational is excited that Callon Petroleum Company is moving its corporate headquarters to Memorial City,” said MetroNational President Jason Johnson. “Callon’s commitment to leasing more than 100,000 square feet of office space is a testament to the power of Memorial City’s office market. Since 9753 Katy Freeway is now fully leased, we are already planning for the development of another office building in Memorial City.”
Brad MacDougall and Warren Alexander with MetroNational represented the landlord and Joseph Peddie and Morgan Relyea Colt of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
MetroNational owns and will manage 9753 Katy Freeway. The architect of record is Kirksey. 9753 Katy Freeway is being built to MetroNational’s highest standards, tracking LEED® Silver and WELL™ Building Standards.
