The success of The Prairie Luxury Apartments in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, is spurring an encore taking shape as a mixed-use community anchored by 218,800-square-foot luxury apartment building hosting 190 units. Mia Rose Holdings is developing Prairie Encore in St. Charles County, Missouri, and builder MBG has it under roof with a projected completion of phase one in fall 2025.
It is the sixth luxury apartment community for MBG in the past two years in St. Charles County. The mixed-use development will also feature Sugarfire, Macadoodles, and Starbucks. The project comes on the heels of the debut of The Prairie Luxury Apartments in 2023 which was also developed by Mia Rose and built by MBG. Between the two projects, Mia Rose says it is investing $150 million in the burgeoning Dardenne Prairie community in western St. Charles County.
With a unique figure-eight apartment building design hosting two separate courtyards, Prairie Encore greets residents and their guests with a 3,310-square-foot lobby that connects to a leasing office, coffee bar, kitchen bar, fitness center and other common spaces. Living spaces will consist of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Built with young professionals and older residents in mind, it includes luxury finishes throughout and a 669-square-foot coworking suite on the second floor. The building includes well-appointed interior corridors, elevators, and common spaces on each level of the four-story building. Access features enhanced security with keyless entry at four entrances.
Prairie Encore also features amenities for vibrant lifestyles and community engagement. That includes a large dog park and ample spaces for gathering and leisure including a resort-style pool in one of the courtyards, and turf areas with built-in barbecue grills. Community gathering spaces as well as sand volleyball and pickleball will be within walking distance located at Sugarfire. For more information on leasing, visit www.theprairieencore.com.

Those built partnering with Mia Rose include The Prairie Luxury Apartments and its phase 2 mixed-use component in Dardenne Prairie, The Sullivan in Lake St. Louis, and The Station in St. Peters. Combined, the completed projects total 698 apartment units. Projects under construction include Prairie Encore and Autumn Hollow in Wentzville, totaling 370 units.
