The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced that Michael Hatting has joined the firm as a partner in the Commercial Transactions practice in the Minneapolis office.
Hatting brings 16 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for privately held real estate development companies. His experience also includes commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, project development, joint venture financing, formation of real estate investment funds, property management, and leasing.
He served for seven years as executive vice-president and general counsel to a major Twin Cities-based real estate developer. He received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and his Bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.
