Michael Keith, P.E. has joined Atwell as project manager. Based in Atwell’s Naperville, Illinois office, Keith will provide business development, leadership support, client relations and oversight for real estate and land development projects throughout Illinois and the Midwest.
Keith has spent over 20 years solving complex issues in the civil engineering, land development and renewable power industries by leveraging knowledge of construction and design to create a product that is seamless during construction. He specializes in land development and site civil design in both commercial and residential development and has led engineering teams through the design of site plans, rezoning of properties, drafting preliminary plans and performing feasibility studies.
“Michael’s management skills and experience on land development projects, along with his expertise in renewable energy make an excellent addition to our team,” said Atwell vice president, Eric Lord. “He brings the industry knowledge, expertise and responsiveness necessary to meet our clients’ needs and help expand our growing professional services.”
Keith works with reviewers, clients and development team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. He is also well versed in the implementation of construction inspections and working with contractors to improve field construction issues.
