Triad Real Estate Partners announced the hiring of Michael Ostrander as director of student housing at the firm’s new office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Ostrander brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience to the table, most recently as an independent student housing broker with MAO Realty Advisors, LLC. He has completed more than $100 million in real estate transactions across all asset types with a focus on off-market student housing assets and development sites. At Triad, he will work with Ryan Tobias, head of Triad’s national student housing group, to grow Triad beyond their traditional Midwest footprint to a true national presence in the brokerage space.
