Michel Commercial brokered the sale of Gaylord Villas a 48-home apartment complex in Gaylord, Minnesota.
The buyer, Michael Foods, a local manufacturer, approached Michel Commercial with its need for housing for its employees. Michel Commercial’s long-term relationship with the property owner of the Gaylord Villas resulted in a smooth transaction.
Michael Foods bought the property with cash. Pete Michel and Heidi Addo of Michel Commercial Real Estate facilitated the sale.
