Michel Commercial Real Estate negotiates the sale of three multifamily properties in Minnesota

Michel Commercial Real Estate recently closed on three multifamily properties in Minnesota.

Michel closed the sale of the 2215 74th Street West apartments in Richfield, Minnesota. This property sold for $1.295 million and contains 11 units. The buyer made an offer after the first day of showings on this property.

The company also closed the sale of the Augusta Commons Townhomes in Mankato, Minnesota. This 68-unit property sold for $11.5 million.

Finally, Michel negotiated the sale of the 14-unit Villas of Savage in Savage, Minnesota. This property sold for $3.29 million. The Villas of Savage is relatively new, having been built in 2016.

The buyer of this property, Sanchayita Ray, recently left her career at Mortenson Company to become a full-time real estate syndicator.
