Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial recently arranged financing for a key location in downtown Chicago, the Hard Rock Hotel.
The consists of a 40-story 229,810-square-foot full-service hotel. The borrowing entities are HRHC Delaware, LLC and HRH Chicago, LLC.
Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich with Bernard Financial originated the loan.
