Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group/NAI Farbman has hired Joe Carter as a property manager.
In Carter’s new position, he will manage a portfolio of commercial properties that will span Oakland and Wayne counties in Michigan. As a property manager, Carter will oversee all aspects of management including day-to-day building operations, financial reporting/budgeting and supervision of on-site staff. He will also facilitate collections, administer leases and coordinate tenant events.
Prior to joining Farbman, Carter worked in the financial services industry. He attended University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business where he earned a bachelor of business administration degree. He resides in Royal Oak.
