Bingham Farms, Michigan-based FOURMIDABLE, a manager of affordable housing units, was recently named to the ‘Affordable 100’ List by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

FOURMIDABLE has been on the affordable list for the last six years. In the past, FOURMIDABLE has earned its spot on the ranking list because of its Low Income Housing Tax Credit communities and Public Housing contracts.

“It’s always an honor to be recognized by the NAHMA, and with this year being our 45th anniversary we are especially excited for the honor,” said Michael Schocker, president of FOURMIDABLE. “For me the work that our team does to manage housing units that are both high-quality and affordable is truly satisfying.”

FOURMIDABLE has seen significant growth since its founding in 1975, as it has managed various types of housing, including conventional apartments, public housing, government-assisted, condominiums and commercial properties. Today, it manages 69 properties totaling 7,035 units.
