Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has since the start of year added 100 new employees to the company’s Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada and Arizona markets. The reason for this expansion? There’s been an increase in demand for talented personnel as the commercial real estate market rebounds across the country.
The additional hires mark the largest quarterly increase in personnel by the company since its founding. Friedman’s growing multi-family portfolio that now spans the nation played a strong role in the increased demand for additional staff.
“Demand is predicted to increase throughout 2013, and timing couldn’t be better to take advantage of the rebounding industry,” said Tracy Brown, director of multi-family management.
