Scott Shefman has been promoted to the position of Executive Managing Director – Real Estate Operations for Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions.
In this role, Shefman is responsible for ongoing strategy and oversight of the Brokerage/New Business Development, Commercial Property Management, Facilities Management, Leasing, and Construction and Design divisions.
In his most recent role as Senior Managing Director – Acquisitions and Capital Markets, Shefman helped guide the company’s commercial real estate acquisition and financing initiatives and has served as a key participant on the business development team.
Shefman has been with Friedman for more than 18 years.
