Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Friedman Real Estate recently facilitated the sale of a 13,000-square-foot single-tenant net lease Guidepost Montessori property at 353 Hiatt Drive in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Guidepost Montessori is the largest Montessori school in the United States, with more than 100 brick-and-mortar locations. The sale featured a new 20-year absolute triple-net lease with annual rent increases.
Friedman’s Steven Silverman represented the purchaser in the transaction.
