Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Friedman Real Estate announced that Mark Bollozos has joined the company as chief administrative officer.
In his new role, Bollozos will be responsible for overseeing shared services and interdepartmental communication. He will work closely with the leaders of Friedman’s operating companies to achieve company goals. Bollozos will be based in the company’s Farmington Hills corporate headquarters and will join the firm’s senior leadership team.
Bollozos brings more than 25 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate management and operations – having served as chief operating officer for Newmark’s Northern California division and later promoted to manage the firm’s entire Northwest operations. His previous experience also includes roles as Head of Marketing, Americas Service Line & Practice Groups at Cushman & Wakefield and Regional Vice President, Research & Marketing at Cassidy Turley.
Bollozos has won several awards during his career, including Top 40 Under 40, Special Recognition Award, Excellence in Operations Award Finalist, Corporate Employee of the Year and Research Employee of the Year.
