Joel Gorjian, vice president of acquisitions and dispositions at Namdar Realty Group, has completed the acquisition of the Gault Village Marketplace shopping center in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
The seller was a private investor.
Gault Village is 160,500 square feet. The one-story shopping center’s tenant list includes New Image Beauty, Chine One restaurant, Family Dollar and Measurement Incorporated.
The center sits in a retail corridor that servesd about 66,000 people within a radius of three miles.
