Brighton, Michigan-based Green Oak Village Place, a retail lifestyle center, is welcoming three new tenants to its list of stores: Dollar Tree, X-Golf and Patient Centered Family Medicine & OMT.
Dollar Tree and X-Golf are both open in the center as of Nov. 25. Patient Centered Family Medicine & OMT is expected to open before the end of the year. Sean Valentino, director of retail operations at REDICO, made the announcement.
X-Golf is an indoor golf simulator. Customers can experience and enjoy golf lessons, competitions, food and beverage, and other services for the ultimate golfing entertainment experience.

Dollar Tree will be at 9524 Village Place Blvd. in Brighton, and occupy a 9,853-square-foot facility. X-Golf will be located at 9760 Village Place Blvd. in a 7,230-square-foot space. Patient Centered Family Medicine & OMT will be located at 9960 Village Place Blvd. in a 1,349-square-foot facility.
