Adam Manix has joined Troy, Mich.-based KIRCO MANIX as director of business development. Manix is responsible for expanding KIRCO MANIX’s presence in the automotive-construction and corporate build-to-suit market.
Manix represents the third generation of the family to serve at KIRCO MANIX.
“We are very proud of this accomplishment,” said Douglas Manix, president of KIRCO MANIX, in a written statement.
Adam Manix previously worked at Colliers International as an industrial broker.
