Kathleen Williams and Tim Brinson have joined Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley as regional directors for the company’s owned residential portfolio.
Williams previously worked for La Quinta Management for more than 17 years, running the company’s Pacific Northwest region. Because of her success with this region, La Quinta officials asked her to take over the company’s Chicago region, which, at the time, was performing last in all categories. Within Williams’ first year, she moved the Chicago region to a top-three ranking.
Brison previously worked for Extended Stay Hotels as regional director of operations, a post that he held for 12 years.
