Eugene Miller has been elected the new chairman of the board of directors of Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley. He is replacing Paul Dimond, who served as chairman of the company for the last 11 years.
Miller brings extensive knowledge and expertise in management, executive compensation and governance matters to his new position. He is also the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank.
