Kristin Smolinski has been promoted from general manager to vice president at Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group/NAI Farbman.
Smolinski is now transitioning from property management to financial services, taking responsibility for all lease reviews and documents.
Smolinski has worked with Farbman Group since 2006, first as property manager and then as general manager.
