Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Pogoda Companies added Andrew Collier as Vice President of Acquisitions.
In this role, Collier will lead the company’s efforts in identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities, both on- and off-market, to support Pogoda’s continued growth.
Collier brings a wealth of experience in acquisitions and underwriting, ensuring each investment aligns with the company’s long-term objectives while maximizing value. His expertise in market analysis, financial structuring, and deal execution will play a key role in expanding Pogoda’s portfolio.
Collier studied business administration at St. Joseph’s College and has a strong background in finance and real estate. His data-driven approach and strategic vision make him a valuable addition to the Pogoda team.
