Q10|Lutz Financial Services, a mortgage banking firm located in downtown Birmingham, Michigan, recently promoted Matthew Shane to managing director.
During his 15-year career with Q10|Lutz, Shane has closed 250 transactions worth in excess of $1.2 billion, including multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hotels and medical office buildings.
Shane’s clients include local and national developers and family trusts that are either acquiring or refinancing properties both in and outside the state of Michigan.
Shane previously worked with CB Richard Ellis as an investment analyst.
