Birmingham, Michigan-based Q10|Lutz Financial Services, a full service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firm, has expanded its operations to include an investment sale division, Q10|Lutz Investment Sales.
Led by industry veterans Ryan Reid and Pete Hensoldt, the newly formed team also includes the recent additions to the Q10|Lutz Team of Devon Gigliotti, Social Media Coordinator, and Michael Wainer, Analyst.
The Investment Sale Division will utilize the nationwide mortgage banking platform of Q10 Capital and its thousands of existing clients and $10 billion servicing portfolio to provide Q10|Lutz clients with the opportunity to acquire new properties or with an expansive network to list their properties for sale.
With prior advisory experience at Fortis Net Lease and AQRE Advisors, Pete Hensoldt joins Q10| Lutz as a Director of Investment Sales.
Ryan Reid began his career as an Associate at CBRE on the Detroit Investment Properties team, and later transitioned to a Senior Advisor at AQRE prior to joining Q10|Lutz. He has experience in representing buyers and sellers of office, medical office, industrial, and retail assets on a national basis.
