Michael Fitzmaurice is the new executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary at Farmington Hills, Michigan-based RAMCO.
Fitzmaurice has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently serving as senior vice president of finance with Retail Properties of America, a shopping center REIT in Oakbrook, Illinois.
Fitzmaurice was a member of that company’s investment, guidance and senior management committee. Before joining Retail Properties of America, Fitzmaurice held various management roles within capital markets, finance, accounting and investments for GGP and Equity Office Properties.
