Southfield, Michigan-based development and investment company REDICO has promoted Samantha Eckhout to vice president and Tim McCafferty to vice president of construction.

Eckhout joined REDICO in 2013 as a senior project manager. She recently helped complete American House Bonita Springs, a 130-unit senior-living community in Bonita Springs, Florida. She is currently the lead on a pair of stand-alone memory care communities in Rochester and Roseville, both in Michigan.

Before joining REDICO, Eckhout managed projects for American House Senior Living Communities in a consulting role.

McCafferty joined REDICO in 2007 as a senior project manager. Most recently, he led the renovation of 677 Ala Moana, a $14 million office project in Hawaii. Before joining REDICO, McCafferty served as the director of design and construction consulting services at the Staubach Company.
