Michigan’s Schostak Brothers & Company forms new division

Livonia, Michigan-based Schostak Brothers & Company, a fourth-generation commercial real estate company with projects around the country, announced today that it has formed a new business unit to manage real estate development projects, Schostak Development, with Jeffrey Schostak serving at the helm of the division as its president.

Jeffrey Schostak previously served as vice president and director of development for Schostak Brothers & Company, overseeing about one-third of the company’s real estate portfolio. In his new role as president of Schostak Development, he is responsible for driving the day-to-day operations and future growth strategies for the division.

Simultaneously, Jeffrey Schostak will oversee Schostak Development’s current portfolio, which encompasses repurposing millions of square feet of distribution centers and manufacturing plants, developing multi-family projects in downtown Detroit and the metro Detroit suburban community, as well as, corporate real estate Build-to-Suits similar to the Masco Corp. global headquarters completed by Schostak Development in 2017.
